Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Monday March 3. Click on a stock ticker for more analysis:

Bullish calls:

Chesapeake Energy Corp (CHK)
Freeport-McMoRan (FCX): ‘my favorite mineral company - on a pullback - it's going to be Freeport-McMoRan.’
CVRD (RIO)
Mosaic (MOS): ‘If you want uranium, I would go with Mosaic.’
Nucor (NUE): ‘If you want a kind of steel, mineral play... NUE, which just bought a nice scrap business... is a better play.’
Transocean (RIG): ‘RIG is coming back down now. I think that RIG is the single most-levered company to oil and offshore drilling. And, if that stock gets below $130, I'm getting back in it. It's best in show. What a blowout number they reported.’
America Movil (AMX): ‘I would much rather have you be in America Movil which a lot of people are shorting right now.’

Bearish calls:

Linn Energy (LINE): ‘Why is that stock... why is that company not doing well? I think they're hedged the wrong way …I think this company is the wrong horse! ‘

ALCOA (AA): ‘It is not my favorite mineral company.’
USEC Inc (USU): ‘This stock has been completely crushed... They have a business model I don't like.’
Gibraltar Industries (ROCK)
Telefonica (TEF): ‘I felt that this was an over-exploited name.’
Google (GOOG): ‘I think advertising has slowed on the web. That is not a good stock here.’

Cramer, what happened to Google $850, or the Google $1000 that you actually valued it at but were being conservative with $850? Internet advertising has slowed a touch, so google is now valued nearly 50% less than your price target only 4 months ago? Wow

    disclosure: no position.

Cramer has many bad calls, e.g., ARNA, CWTR, CROX, GOOG, ...
RIG is good, but many other drilling stocks look good too, e.g., DO and NE. You can learn by watching his shows, and his recopmmendations are good to follow if wait and buy them at 70-80% of the price from the day oc Cramer's recommendation.

    Cramer's calls are WORTHLESS!!
A day late and many dollars short he is.
Buy in after a double, and short after 50% decline. That's just great advice. Jump out a window...jerk.
