VisCorp Becomes Tianyin Pharmaceutical

VisCorp (VSCO.OB) has changed its name (and ticker symbol) to Tianyin Pharmaceutical (TYNP.OB). In January, Tianyin Pharma completed a reverse merger with VisCorp, but kept the old name of the company until now.

Tianyin makes modernized forms of traditional Chinese medicines. It has 34 TCMs on the market, with 51 more products awaiting approval. A reprint of our article that discussed the reverse merger is repeated here.
