Here's our Bear Stearns (BSC) timeline with target prices included:
- With a small amount we bought between 30 - 35 for aggressive gamble investments on Friday.
- We tripled down (bought 3 times the shares) near $3 Monday first thing
- We included BSC in the strategic plan on Monday before the open
- The aggressive accounts have an average of $11 ish
- The Strategic Plan accounts have an entry of near $3
- I do not believe BSC gets bought by JP Morgan (JPM)
- I believe JPM will buy their offices.
- I believe another bid, or a solvency resolution occurs.
- I believe shareholders will reject the JPM deal.
- I believe BSC trades at $40 again over time, but more reasonably $15 - $20 quickly.
The target for the recommendations I have made is $15 - $20.
