Fannie Mae (FNM): Cramer smells a government deal going on with FNM and noted its paper is trading at $96. "If we can just somehow clear the Fannie Mae paper out, there are a lot of other things that can go right." He is confident that FNM will be able to buy back its own bonds at a lower price.
Bear Stearns (BSC), JP Morgan (JPM), Wells Fargo (WFC): After JPM bought BSC for a steal, Cramer thinks other banks, like WFC may be next in line to buy the next fallen bank.
Visa IPO and Mastercard (MA): Cramer would buy a hundred shares of the Visa IPO up to $43. If it is higher, Cramer would buy MA instead which is a "gift."
