As shown, Threshold Pharmaceuticals (THLD) is up the most of any stock with a YTD gain of 506.56%. Two other stocks are up more than 400% -- BioDelivery Sciences (BDSI) and Arena Pharmaceuticals (ARNA). A few other notables on the list of 2012's biggest winners include US Airways (LCC), 3D Systems (DDD) and Hovnanian (HOV), but most stocks on the list are likely unknown to the bulk of investors.
