Thursday Outlook: Containment Policy

Out of paint for the tape so soon? Once again economic data was terrible and bank outlooks were slashed but bulls managed to “contain” [I hate that hackneyed word, don’t you?] the damage.

Maybe there’s just enough paint left in the can, or a refill coming, to keep things stable through Monday’s quarter end. We’ll see.

Volume was light and breadth was uninspiring.
