Mosaic (MOS): “Mel Gibson’s least favorite stock.”

Southwestern Energy (SWN): “Owns most of the shale there is… I want you to ring the register, on one third…when it goes up another point, take another third…then you are playing with the house’s money…they (natural gas) are all fabulous!”

Bearish calls:

China Finance Online: (JRJC): “That’s a bad stock…that’s a very risky Chinese name…sell sell sell.”

Merrill Lynch (MER): “You’re at the craps table…John Thain is going to do a good job…I don’t think there’s a problem with MER…but GS is better to own.”

Tata Motors (TTM): “No they paid too much for those new brands…We took that off the table and we’re not looking back…”

Best Buy (BBY): “After that great quarter and they did nothing…I think there are better fish to fry…I like URBN and VFC and JNY…”

Cherokee (CHKE): “…too dicey for me…why not buy Target?”

Terra Industries (TRI)

Southwest Airlines (LUV): “We don’t recommend any airlines on this show… I don’t like this one.”

Vasco Data Security (VDSI): “They missed the quarter…they’re in the penalty box like you wouldn’t believe.”

ING (ING): “I’m not recommending the stock…that is a very good rate of return…you are safe in ING…When I say someone is safe in (a bank) I mean they’re account is safe …I am not recommending ING stock.”

Riverbed (RVBD): “I blew riverbed…I thought they were immune to the economic cycle. It just shows you once again my aversion to tech is right..”
