On May 17, 2012, I have published an article which says that Xerox looks highly undervalued. The article explains the FCFF valuation with all the assumptions required for calculations which come to conclusion of $12.40 price of the share.
However, it all comes down to the assumptions and the main one here is "I predict 2% growth for the next four years". The market currently is discounting the stock much more. I would agree that this assumption is on the optimistic side, considering the management and competitive environment.
