by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday July 19.

Bullish Calls:

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC): "People want me to continue to love this stock, but they keep doing these equity offerings, but the offerings work. So you know what? I'll stick with it."

Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE:APC): "The talks broke down...they still haven't been able to settle...The stock went down. I'm not abandoning it down here, not with natural gas at 3 bucks."

Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT): "Everyone is worried about the fiscal cliff. Everyone is worried about defense spending. I don't worry. I've got a 4.5% yield, I've got a chart that I like. I like LMT."

Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC), JPMorgan (NYSE:JPM): "I like Wells Fargo, and I like JPMorgan. JPM has had a losing season, but it is a new season, and I like JPM."

Bearish Calls:

Banco Santander (NYSE:SAN): "I have reason to be worried. I feel bad for the people at Banco Santander. It is the best bank in Spain, but it is in Spain, so I can't recommend it."

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS): "There is nothing there for me."
