Sempra Energy (SRE): "This is a company that was spun off and is a fantastic natural gas play. I love this group!"
Temple-Inland (TIN): "If we get any lift in the economy, this one will be fabulous. I wish I owned some myself."
Molson Coors (TAP): "Buy some TAP."
Philip Morris International (PM): "People have been criticizing me for this one and but after that beautiful quarter they reported, people need to call me and apologize."
Altria (MO)
CSX Corp (CSX): " …thumbs up to CSX Corp."
First Charter (MCF): "There's no real edge to this one. I'm not crazy about it. It's not a bad company but I see no reason to own it."
Bearish calls:
State Street (STT)
Rambus (RMBS): "I just can't go positive on tech after just one good number. I'd be selling some Rambus here."
Penn National Gaming (PENN): "The only casinos that are doing well are those in Macau. Penn is down a lot and it might not be done."
Anheuser-Busch (BUD): " Sell the Bud, and buy some TAP."
Zoltek (ZOLT): "I like wind power, but I didn't like their last quarter. Zoltek is an inconsistent player, I want to sell that one."

Trinity Industries (TRN): "No, I feel the rail cars aren't a good business. I say thumbs down to Trinity, but thumbs up to CSX Corp."
