Graydon Carter, Child Pornographer
-
Font Size:
I blame the adults around Miley Cyrus for exploiting her: Graydon Carter, editor of Vanity Fair, Annie Liebovitz, her agents, and her parents. She’s just a kid with a sweet show that millions more kids — including my daughter — love.
She didn’t go out out on a Lindsay Lohan bender. She did was she was told. The photos are not the scandal that the press is making them out to be, nor as shocking as various prudish parents’ associations will think as they, too, exploit young Miley. But Carter and Liebovitz knew damned well that they would cause this fuss. So they used a young girl to get attention.
Liebovitz shouldn’t have taken the photos but more to the point, Carter shouldn’t have published them. Miley’s not the immature and irresponsible one here. Graydon is.
Editor's note: Cyrus is the star of Disney's (DIS) blockbuster "Hannah Montana."

the pictures are nothing to be ashamed about NO BIG EFFING deal
and I agree however that they do exploit children, women, cavemen and geckos.... whatever you want it to be, it's called free market and it's not always morally good (it almost never is)
What most people don't realize is that "show" people celebrities etc.. have different morality view than most regular folks and I am not saying it's better or worse, just a different perspective.
A 15 year old tv star is more mature than any 15yo out there..
you need to give more credit to these kids , they are not always manipulated in fact it can be the other way around in some cases.
She did what she (and her father) did, knowing of the consequences
but it was definitely worth it in terms of publicity .. it's a game and they know how to play it
