Q4 2005 Results:
Revenue rose 10% y-o-y to $32.3 million. Revenue from China rose 19% y-o-y to $17.8 million. Exhibitions revenue rose 18% y-o-y to $6.3 million. Deferred income and customer prepayments rose 75% y-o-y to $53.0 million.
FY 2005 Results:
Revenue rose 6.1% y-o-y to $112.2 million, above consensus analyst estimates of $111.26 million. Net income fell 15.2% y-o-y to $13.4 million. Fully diluted EPS was $0.35, compared to $0.45 in Q4 2004, but above consensus analyst estimates of $0.33.
Q1 2006 Guidance:
Revenue of $27.5 - $28.5 million. Diluted EPS of $0.08 - $0.10.
Guidance for 6 Months Ended June 30, 2006:
Revenue of $69.0 - $71.0 million. Diluted EPS of $0.13 - $0.16.
