Welcome to the Devon Energy's first the quarter 2008 Earnings Call.

(Operator Instructions) At this time I'd like to turn the conference over to Mr. Vince White, Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations. Sir, you may begin.

Thank you, operator, and good morning and welcome to everyone. This is Devon's first quarter 2008 conference call and webcast. Today's call will follow our usual format. We'll start with our Chairman and CEO Larry Nichols, who will provide his perspective on the quarter. Then Steve Hadden, our Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production will follow Larry covering operating highlights, and finally our President, John Richels will conclude with a financial review. At that point we'll open up the call to questions. We'll ask each of you to hold your questions to one and one follow-up and we'll try to hold the call to about an hour.
