● Advantest (ATE) shareholders will be pleased to learn that thanks to the firm's favorable business outlook and "in response to the consistent support [we have] received from [our] shareholders," the year-end dividend will now be 45 yen, an increase of 20 yen over the previous forecast of 25 yen. Including the interim dividend, that brings the current fiscal year (ending March 31st) total dividend to 70 yen.
● Hitachi (HIT) informed shareholders today that it will maintain its 5.5 yen per share year-end dividend for the current fiscal year ending March 31st. This is the same amount as last fiscal year and is the same amount as the interim dividend, thus equaling an 11 yen per share annual dividend.
