When Microsoft (MSFT) announced Live Search Cashback in conjunction with PayPal just under a month ago, it was already relatively clear that the EBAY (EBAY) Marketplace would participate in the program. Anyway, as expected, Microsoft and EBAY have now revealed that all of EBAY's fixed priced listings are eligible for Microsoft's Cashback program, and furthermore, they are accessible directly from Live search results ads without having to jump through the specific Cashback pages.

In essence, this is simply an extension of EBAY's affiliate system except that Microsoft passes on the affiliate payouts to its Cashback service subscribers. It costs nothing and is fast to subscribe, so particularly for higher ASP items, it seems to make sense for web shoppers.
