by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday August 21.

Bullish Calls:

Emerson Electric (NYSE:EMR): "I know we have missed the bottom in this stock. EMR can rise from these levels."

CenturyLink (NYSE:CTL): "You have to wait for a pullback. Let's hope it comes back to $40. It has a good business model."

3D Systems (NYSE:DDD): "I am so glad you mentioned spec. It is a bit too speculative for me. It is a red hot stock. I was going to suggest you take some off the table, because it has moved, but it has a hot business model and is doing very, very well."

Chevron (NYSE:CVX): "I like Chevron. When these guys screwed up, that was the time to buy. I should have recommended it. My bad."

EMC (EMC): "It got hit. I like that last acquisition. That is a classic Big Data acquisition."

Limited Brands (LTD): "People didn't like the quarter, but on further review, they realized it was a good quarter, it is a good stock and it remains inexpensive. I would be a buyer of LTD."

Bearish Calls:

Dell (NASDAQ:DELL): "That was not a great number. It will keep going lower. I want to sell Dell."

Total (NYSE:TOT): "Poorly-run oil company with a good yield that is safe. I say 'don't buy.'"
