Blockbuster (BBI) has announced it is integrating PayPal ahead of the highly anticipated launch of its movie downloading service this summer. The companies are also offering a special 2 week trial for PayPal customers.
According to the press release:
Initially, blockbuster.com customers will be able to use PayPal as a payment method for their online movie rental subscriptions, but eventually, they will be able to use PayPal as a payment option for all their other transactions on the site, including purchases of new and previously viewed DVDs, BLOCKBUSTER GiftCards and blockbuster.com gift subscriptions. PayPal will also be a payment option for customers who want to rent or purchase digital movies through blockbuster.com's movie downloading service, which will be available later this summer.

Be sure and NOT use your e-mail account that you use with Paypal unless you want to spend the rest of your life fighting the Paypal pop-up everytime you order a movie that tries to re-direct you to their service... whether you want to or not!
