by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Tuesday July 8.

Bullish calls:

CONSOL Energy (NYSE:CNX): “When I see people jumping, you know what I like to do... Buy, buy, buy... It's got a little bit further to climb, to see that test, you got to pull the trigger and buy some.”

Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA): “If you want to be part of a rally I suggest you buy Comcast (CMCSA), which is the one that had the best quarter...”

“The net's actually been good..”

Research in Motion (RIMM): I urge you to buy it on that weakness, I hope you did, I still want to buy RIMM. I still want to buy it.

Chesapeake Energy (NYSE:CHK): “If this stock holds, and the futures of natural gas hold, you're going to get the next leg up... If it doesn't hold, then we're going to suffer.”

John Deere (NYSE:DE): “This stock has been down 30 straight points... It just doesn't belong that low... There's still worldwide famine and there's still going to be an absolute bumper crop …you've got to buy, buy, buy that group.”

Bearish calls:

Time Warner (NYSE:TWX)

NYSE Group (NYSE:NYX): “NYX has been one of the worst things I've ever done on the show... In the mid $60s I just totally admitted defeat... I lashed myself in the $70s... I got to tell you, it's just been a disaster..”
