Where Is The Gold Miner's ETF When You Need It? (ETFs: GLD, SLV; CEF: CEF)

Gold stocks rallied yesterday (where’s the Gold Miner’s ETF when you need it?) and silver exploded.

CEF (Central Fund of Canada) has closed its premium to NAV without the open market share price doing that much. We expected this to happen with the advent of both GLD and SLV, but not in this manner. If SLV is slow to its release impatient investors may buy CEF as insurance against SLV being delayed. This then is an investment conundrum.
