Apple (AAPL) has filed a lawsuit against Psystar, a Mac clone maker based in Florida.
The lawsuit, which was flagged by Adrian Kingsley-Hughes, is a little vague at the moment. The complaint isn’t available electronically, but documents reveal that Apple filed its suit on July 3 in the northern district of California.
Apple alleges licensing and trademark violations and copyright infringement. Apple apparently was waiting to see if Psystar was legit and finding customers before launching its lawsuit.
It’s odd that the complaint isn’t available unless it’s sealed. But the document history confirms the complaint was filed:
A case management conference is scheduled for Oct. 22 to determine where the case goes from here.

Thist stock is going to close below 170 soon.
you have already choose an alias, if you really want to coninue to use Idiot, you should click on change and modify it from "JW, PhD" to "Idiot".
"Everyone's posts have their name right next to them, so there is no need to add a signature. But everyone with an IQ above 75 already realizes this"
So you must realize It's unpolite use an alias and sign under another name, Idiot.
Ah, I see you are back signing with your true io.
Now, you need only to correct your alias.
AAPL is going below 170 soon, btw.
I recognized you even if you are trying to diguise yourself by not signing.
"you were telling everyone AAPL was going below 150 back when it was trading in the 160 range"
Sorry, never told that.
Now I'm telling is going below 170, though.
And then LOWER.
what about your appointment ?
Is that a fantasy like your PhD (well, not that a PhD is really the measure of man, but writing that as a part your alias, in this place, is pretty ridiculus) ?
What about my spelling ?
Maybe you are fluent in my language, but I really doubt it.
So I can speak at least two languages well enough, for what you know.
Did you understand me, Idiot ? See ? You do.
Ok, that's enough. Go to your "appointment".
