Hythiam Inc. (NASDAQ:HYTM): CEO Terren Peizer described how new product Prometa treats addictions in alcohol, cocaine, and methamphetamine; trials going well, insurance companies should pay once treatment validated. Cramer: wait until data is confirmed to buy the stock.

Crystallex International Corp. (AMEX:KRY): Last week the company received permission from the Venezuelan Mineral Bureau to mine in Venezuela, and now only needs approval from the state's Environmental Commission. Approval likely soon; stock will go higher despite recent run-up. Cheap at these levels, could be acquired by Gold Fields Ltd. (NYSE:GFI) which also operates in Venezuela.

Allegheny Technologies Inc (NYSE:ATI), Ceradyne Inc (CRDN), BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP), Rio Tinto (RTP): Mineral and metal plays have performed well. Continue to look strong.

Brush Engineered Material (NYSE:BW): Fully integrated producer of beryllium, one of the world's lightest metals. Aerospace and defense industries will drive demand for beryllium higher. Beryllium also a component in atomic bombs.
