News Corp (NWS) extends Fox exchange offer

News Corp (NWS) extended its share exchange offer to Fox until March 4, 2005. 

In January, NWS offered to purchase the 18% of Fox that it doesn't already own for $33.54 per share.  Several lawsuits have ben filed to stop the exchange. Read about it.
