Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Monday, July 28.
Potash (NYSE:POT) -- “If you own fertilizer you must own Potash. I believe the ethanol mandate will eventually be repealed. Potash will continue to do well but not everyone will.”
PharMerica (NYSE:PMC) “I like them better than Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE:BKD) or Sunrise Senior Living (SRZ). They provide drugs to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This is a great way to play a slowing economy.”
Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI) -- “They keep reporting great numbers quarter after quarter. The stock is good; the market is bad. Buy, Buy, Buy.”
Thompson Creek (TC) -- “This is a specialty metals play. Molybdenum is in short supply. You have to take a longer view, people have given up on them short term."
Mechel Steel (NYSE:MTL) -- “Putin basically wrecked it. He took the market away. It made me regret even looking at Russia. I would not sell now. He has to reverse this.”
