Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Clean EnergyJim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Tuesday, August 19.

Bullish Calls:

Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ:CLNE) --Very speculative. I happen to be a huge believer in natural gas.”

Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) -- “Google is the only internet stock I am currently recommending. And even google “is not for the squeamish.”

Foster Wheeler (NASDAQ:FWLT) -- The book of business is worth more than the stock. I want to stick by Foster Wheeler though the stock is down from its highs.”

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ:URBN) -- “I’ve got my favorite retailers. Urban Outfitters is the one to buy on the creative side. They blew away the numbers.”

TJX (NYSE:TJX) -- “TJX is my favorite on the discount side. They blew away the numbers.”

Sunoco (NYSE:SUN) -- “If I wanted to get bullish on a refiner it would be Sun Oil. It looks so cheap.”

Nucor (NYSE:NUE) -- “I want to be in Nucor (NUE).”

Bearish Calls:

Talbots (NYSE:TLB) --Urban Outfitters and TJX are better retail stocks. Why reach down to Talbot’s. Take profits on Talbot’s. Sell, sell, sell.”

Vale (NYSE:RIO) --This is a commodities bear market. This stock has done nothing but come down. I personally feel there is some real value here. I don’t want to get rid of it but Vale is a “don’t buy.”

VeriSign (NASDAQ:VRSN) -- “Didn’t like the quarter. I got enough problems. They didn’t deliver the numbers. I do not trust VeriSign.”

Whole Foods (WMFI) -- “Another bad quarter occurred. Since they lost the dividend things have changed. I can’t get behind Whole Foods, he said. Sell, sell, sell.”

Tesoro (NYSE:TSO) -- “I don’t like these refiners. Refiners can’t be owned right now. Don’t buy.”

US Steel (NYSE:X) -- “I am waiting for steel to break in price.”
