Yahoo’s (YHOO) proxy fight is over, the board seats have been filled, and the disruption of Microsoft’s (MSFT) bid seems past, but there continues to be some attrition at senior roles. The report Thursday is that Yahoo’s senior vice president Todd Teresi, who’s headed the Publisher Channel for the last year, will jump ship to join Web site metrics firm Quantcast.

At Yahoo, Teresi was responsible for managing off-network partnerships. He was at Yahoo for about ten years. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was a founding member of the high-tech mergers and acquisitions practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

At Quantcast, Teresi will take on the role of Chief Revenue Officer. 

Quantcast is in the business of measuring web audiences. The company’s Quantified Publisher program is available to Web properties of any size and provides free direct-measurement for sites, blogs, videos, games and widgets.  Quantcast’s Media Planner also provides a growing number of marketers and agencies with a free and easy to use service that facilitates ranking of millions of Web properties against specific target audience criteria (demographics, geography, and affinities).

Quantcast has raised about $26m in venture funding to date, $20m of that in a January ‘08 Series B led by Founders Fund and Polaris Ventures.

Other staffing changes for Yahoo:
Michael Silver will become executive director of the Yahoo Newspaper Consortium. Silver will also be responsible for management and oversight of agreements between the Newspaper Consortium’s members and Yahoo. The role is considered an advisory position. Silver was formerly a VP of corporate development at The Tribune Company. Recently, he has been an independent consultant.
