National Retail Properties (NNN) is expected to report earnings on November 7th, 2012. Occupancy rate remains a high 98.2% as of Q2-2012, and has increased more than 1% year-over-year. Also, lease maturities remain minimal at 0.5% in 2012, and 2-3% going forward.
National Retail continues to generate extra liquidity by the sale of properties. In Q2-2012, the company generated close to $7 million in the sale of properties. We expect to see this trend continue.
