I got word of two insider buys at Antigenics (AGEN) totaling 10,000 shares by a director:
The last time I wrote of an insider buy of AGEN was Sept. 2007 where the CEO bought 50,000 shares at an average price of $1.93. [See Insider Buying at AGEN by Chairman and CEO Garo H. Armen.] About 6 months later, the stock peaked at $3.90. I added to my position on Friday's news with the hope of selling into a similar advance. Details:

$111M = Company Market Capitalization

I personally own AGEN as a long term investment and trade its volatility for added return. I also cover AGEN in "Kirk Lindstrom's Investment Newsletter." For my specific buy and sell targets, you need to Subscribe to Kirk's Investment Newsletter.
Warning:
AGEN is a very high risk stock because it has no profits and revenue is only 6 cents a share for a price-to-sales ratio of a whopping 29!

I'm not recommending this as a long term, major buy... but I like to tag along when insiders are buying if possible.

Compare that with Cisco

a stock I won't own since insiders have no confidence in it...
This means that any possible sale of the company is 60 days off.
