eBay is Hapless - Cramer's Lightning Round (9/11/08)

by: Joan Wickham

Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Thursday, September 11.

Bullish Calls:

Anadarko (NYSE:APC) -- “If you believe that natural gas is America’s fuel for the future, then you have to hold on to Anadarko, Chesapeake (NYSE:CHK) and XTO Energy (XTO) – whether they’ve been hit hard recently or not.”
First Solar (NASDAQ:FSLR) -- “This is an Obama play rather than a play on McCain. I like the technology and I am a buyer. No matter who wins the election, solar is going to be an important part of our energy. "

Bearish Calls:

Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO) -- “I got this stock wrong. I am close to thinking it's come down enough, but I'm not there yet. So consider buying NVO on this decline.”
Yingli Green Energy (NYSE:YGE) -- “No, no, no. We are not going to China for silicon. I won’t get behind a Chinese stock right now.”
Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ:TTWO) -- “Ring the register in this one. Take-Two’s had a good run already.”
eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) -- “eBay has lost touch with reality and the company is hapless. They ought to sell themselves to someone. Stay away from eBay.”
