Tivo (TIVO) -- “I like CEO Tom Rogers. TiVo is a speculative buy.”
Bearish Calls:
Valero (VLO) -- “I don’t like the refiners anymore. That business has gotten too hard.”
National City (NCC) -- “Way too speculative. I can’t recommend this stock right now.”
