Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Monday, October 13.
Bullish Calls:
Sysco (SYY) -- “This is a food delivery company that sells to a lot of restaurants. It's well run and I want to buy Sysco right here.”
Petrobras Energia (PZE) -- “I like energy stocks with over a 4% yield and this one's got it. Anytime I can get energy plus yield I'm going to pull the trigger.”
Cypress Semicondutor (CY) -- “That stock’s too darn cheap. I am bullish on Cypress.”
Service Corp. International (SCI) -- “This is another cheap stock that I like.”
Bearish Calls:
Microsoft (MSFT) -- “Microsoft, like a lot of stocks, went up Monday, I can’t recommend it at present levels after it just moved 3 points.”
Google (GOOG) -- “I can't tell you to buy a stock up $50 when the earnings are uncertain. I'm taking a pass and waiting for a pullback. Don’t buy."
Cemex (CX) -- “I can’t get behind this stock right now. This one is very earnings challenged. They build things and that's just a tough business during a recession."
Manitowoc (MTW) -- “These guys killed themselves with their bidding war for Illinois Tool. I want to stay away from that one. Sell, sell, sell.”
Precision Cast Parts (PCP) -- “I went negative on Precision after Boeing went on strike. I'm lightening up on Precision. After a $10 gain, I recommend taking some profits.”
Dell (DELL) -- “Dell is one of the lowest performers in tech and I don't want to be there. Sell Dell.”
