If you compare the two companies.

1. PSOF has more than around $12m cash with zero debt, its clients are large Chinese oil and gas companies. PSOF has $2.5m of net income with around $5.3m revenue, also 50% profit margin.

2. EFUT is a great company, but it is in a sunset segment in the software industry.
