This is incredible analysis. I have a feeling the financing is imminent.

I agree - a small bump in demand for the test is possible. However, it's not indicative of the company's long term success.

Also, is anyone wondering why the founder of the company resigned 6 months ago for personal reasons at the age of 49? I'd be willing to speculate (although i haven't researched this) that he's still active elsewhere in the diagnostics world.

Bottom line - my opinion is that this will not be an overnight success story, as is implied by the recent price movement.

    Medicine Man,

Thanks for your thoughtful insights. If you were well versed in diagnostics and healthcare in general, you'd be well aware of the fact that many efficacious technologies are never successfully commercialized.

Usually due to poor management and/or lack of funding. And occasionally it's due to poor marketing or bad economics for physicians.

Again, we come back to ROSG.

Mark, I'm not encouraging anyone to short the stock. I'm simply pointing out the fundamentals. ROSG has been talking about selling their test for years. Look at past press releases. In order to sell a test, you need physician demand. Docs need to buy it. They never have, and they probably never will.

When docs really like a test, they can usually get it reimbursed using a code stacking technique. The Medicare announcement doesn't change much.

Investors should go long on this stock once the company starts to show commercial success. It's been a commercial stage company for years. Time to see some traction.
