I started to doubt the zoning - I actually emailed Bill Chaaban asking for confirmation that it wasn't an issue and didn't hear back from him (this was 9/24):

Bill, you have maintained that there are no zoning issues. Is that still your view? It doesn't seem right that Lakeshore can hold you up in order to change its policy after you had received a zoning permit previously. Has Health Canada discussed this with you?

    Thanks,

    Alan

No, I don't think that they will ever get a license for CEN Bio, unfortunately.

How much time and I spending that you deem it "inordinate"?

I am concerned that management was selling and not telling the full story. Zoning - no problem. Health Canada - just waiting.

If one is trying to invest and make money, it seems that choosing a company that has to go to battle against the local and federal governments in order to succeed is a losing proposition. I continue to say that maybe FITX got hosed, but so what? At this point, it looks pretty grim. Also, who knows the whole story. It seems many just want to justify their underwater positions and take whatever the company says at face value.

I raised a single point. That makes me biased? Can you answer the question please?

I agree that Health Canada (and Lakeshore) screwed over FITX. Not sure that will help shareholders though.

By the way, I told my subscribers to exit FITX in late August, when it was at about .07.

I see. Thanks for confirming that the company misled its investors.

Health Canada told FITX it needed to be reinspected and wouldn't do so - seems material to me. The company last told investors it was close to being licensed.

Thanks for that response. Raising a concern implies being part of a conspiracy. Got it. But you do agree that management never shared that it had an issue? The last public communication on the Health Canada status was in late August, when it detailed the inspection and its expectations that it would be licensed soon.

Why did FITX management never inform shareholders of the reinspection required by Health Canada? On point 11, it says: "Health Canada then unlawfully denied, in writing, that we did not fully satisfy the inspection and a new inspection was required to be scheduled, against the inspector's report."

If I were a shareholder, I would be outraged that management withheld this vital information (along with some other information relevant to the licensing process).

The company exists seemingly to allow the father of the Chairman to extract millions of dollars by providing smaller amounts of working capital. See my article from 2013 - nothing has changed

That's the point - none of them do want to access the U.S. market except for OGRMF. They are Canadian listed.
