I see now that it wasn't your price chart - it was marijuanaindex.org. Sorry for the confusion and never mind

I am not involved in convertible deals or any deals.

I don't think you understood my question. Your chart is flawed in my view. You include the prices of all stocks in your current universe, but some of them weren't considered MJ stocks a year ago. It's the opposite of survivor bias.

Anthony, several of these stocks began trading as marijuana stocks recently. How does your price chart take this into account?

Great find. If you read the fine print at the bottom, it says that it is a product of Austrianova. That is the company that licenses it to PMCB. SIAL is a huge company that is about to close its acquisition by Merck KGaA.

What a joke this transaction appears to be. How much is MJNA paying? What are the terms? What are the financials of Kannaway? How will the deal impact MJNA? How is MJNA improved by buying Kannaway?

You can't answer a single one of these questions.

  • Are Cannabis Related Stocks The Place To Be? [View article]
Well, maybe you know something that the company doesn't know. Even if they exit the greys, the stock is likely worth less than it is today, probably a lot less. There are many people who I know that would like to sell but can't because they can't find anyone to take their certs.

Retail traders aren't the ones who have lent the company money historically. The current dilution is via an S-3 that went effective last year: http://bit.ly/1C2zOsd

You need to spend less time looking at the numbers and more time evaluating the big picture. Cannabis is being tested in clinical trials for PTSD, for instance. It seems to be a very complicated plant with over 70 known cannabinoids and lots of other components, like terpenes. Depending on the level of certain cannabinoids like THC, the feeling of paranoia will vary from person to person. Due to our government's insane classification of cannabis as Schedule 1, it is very difficult for researchers here to properly study it. Hopefully that will change.

Well, eating cannabis won't hurt an animal at all. If it were to eat an edible with extracted THC, that could have been a big problem.

    I don't take days off!

Deep value? Seriously? Your article should include market caps before you make that claim. Instead, they should be characterized as thin float and highly speculative.

I never commented on the forgeries - that is not my area of expertise. You should re-read it. The author didn't attribute it to me.

There is a disclosure at the bottom - not sure of who the actual party might be. I have looked up "Cream Consulting" but have struggled to figure out who they are.
