That is what foreign companies do. GWPRF - Pink!

Like GWPH (NASDAQ) or the London listing, ATT CA is a filer. Disregard the OTC Markets filing - it's a convenience for shareholders of a foreign security.

ATTBF appears highly transparent to me

It's not pink sheet, James.Bond. It is listed in Canada, with filings on SEDAR.gov. It's pink sheet because that's the way American's can buy it outside of Canada, the primary listing.

Ron, often execs will file a form 144 that allows them to sell but doesn't mean that they will.

Short-selling is pretty risky. Thanks for that great reminder from 150 years ago.

The table in this article for other companies uses inaccurate data. CANV filed their 10-K on Friday and has 32.4mm shares. MDBX has about 30mm shares plus another 15mm from a convertible preferred (total of 45mm). MCIG common shares are 270mm, but the company has 23mm convertible preferred shares that would turn into another 230mm shares (total of 500mm).

Yes, the SEC order stated that there may be an issue with an affiliate that is not a director or officer.

Why could VAPE be halted? This is like yelling fire in a movie theater. What characteristics suggest VAPE has any more risk than any other OTC stock? Is there anything in your diligence process that you find unsettling? Bottom-line, you must think that ALL MJ stocks are worthless (except GWPH).

    Yes, I read the article:

The preferred stock is just voting stock - please don't add to your errors.

All the author had to do was read the SEC filings:

    http://1.usa.gov/1lhHVYm

Here is the proper share structure.

This article is poorly researched. Even if the incorrect market cap were true, GWPH, MDBX and CANV all have larger market caps. So, it's not the 2nd largest. In fact, the market cap at the closing price near 16.50 is no more than $190mm. This assumes that the company meets the $8mm sales requirement in order for all 5mm shares of the HIVE Ceramics transaction to be awarded.

What a nice argument to list a bunch of SEC halts. Please explain how that relates to VAPE.
