Bob, I think I disagree. Integrated majors and mini-majors like Marathon will cut capex, exploration, trim operating staff. There's no retail demand (cash-in-pocket) for higher prices at the pump. Summer driving season didn't happen. Winter fuel oil use will be lower this year, as consumers opt for cheap thermal underwear and sweaters sewn in China.
