Alberto Quintana: Sorry, Miz. It's not that bad. In Latinamerica they are doing OK and the CEO is pretty smart.

Alberto Quintana PETS. +: everything, good management, no debt... -: strong competition (so it had to lower prices). In any case it has margin.

Alberto Quintana TEF didn´t comply with the dividend and it´s likely to reduce it again. Too much debt in comparison with ATT, VZ, France Tel., Deutsche Tel.
