    Two of these companies are as good as dead: Sun and Palm. Two others are not. Yahoo is profitable, it's a leader in the internet content and display advertising. Deal with Microsoft is a worst thing which can happen to it: selling most profitable business is not a good business decision. AMD made mistakes in this development cycle, they can still get ahead in the next one. Too soon to bury it.
