Alex Rasmussen: Both. Synergies affect the inputs (increased margins, growth, time horizon), but the value of that synergy is an output. -
Alex Rasmussen: So essentially I'm saying I couldn't change the inputs positively enough (realistically) to get $40m as an output. Hope that helps.
