Hello and thanks for reading my article. I am an amateur investor who invests his own and childrens money in various stocks and mutual funds. I have been an active trader in the past however I find the Buffet approach more profitable. Keep in mind, the Buffett approach doesnt necessarily mean buy and hold forever. With the advent of high frequency trading and the scaremonger/cheerleaders that are called the financial media the average investor has no chance outside of patience and perserverence. Identifying solid stable companies with excellent business models and continuous dividend payments is the key to securing ones financial future and beating the bots.
