I am the Managing Member @ Templar Group L.L.C. Long Island, New York. Here we do not manage money nor do we gather assets. We investigate and unearth investing opportunities that are outside the mainstream Wall Street universe of stock coverage.

We feel investors are done a complete dis-service by the majority of money managers, for they all focus on the same 100 large and mega cap stocks that are already over owned by the majority of Americans.

The Complete Dividend Plan Investment strategy is as follows: "Monthly & ...More Quarterly Dividends are the foundation of a cash flow program that creates consistent, sustainable long term wealth." Our goal is to create over time: An income stream that an investor can live on during retirement with out ever having to draw down the principal investment.

How is that accomplished?:

Dividend Yield + Dividend Growth + Dividend Reinvestment + Capital Appreciation.

Annual portfolio target returns: 12%-15%.

Typical holdings:

25% Large cap core holdings. (Global Multinationals- 25% max. allocation regardless of age)

10% Preferred Securities

10% High Yield Securities

55% Small & Mid Capitalization Securities

All holdings must pay a dividend.

Average Annual Portfolio Yield Target: 7 1/2%.
