The chart sure looks reminiscent of March but i am really not concerned with the short term price fluctuations in the gold price...i feel the fundamental reasons to hold gold remain intact and until that scenario changes i will continue to hold the gold equities.

Scotia Bank: Precious Metal Outlook Mixed

If i were to bet...i would bet on gold moving higher short term. Why,....as tensions continue to escalate between the U.S. and China (U.S. bringing WTO action against China), people will look to hedge against downside in the U.S. dollar. This benefits gold.
