LANDY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLC I use a top-down approach to investing, based on my outlook for the economy. I then invest in long or short exchange traded funds consistent with my outlook for stock prices, oil prices and interest rates. Under positive stock market conditions I construct for clients diversified portfolios of stocks appropriate to their needs.
