Charles Margolis: Intel has a tendency to go under $20... it's just so heavily traded. See it was not a fire-sale bargain. Gotta understand companies' debt.

Charles Margolis: You have to look back to 1999 & 2000 to understand what can happen to tech. I say diversify and balance fixed income with equity.

Ashraf Eassa: 1999-2000, valuations were ridiculous. Remember, INTC is trading at 9x TTM earnings.
