Far Cry 3 tortures the highest end GPUs from $AMD and $NVDA. Let's see an $INTC HD gfx chip play it...not.

    • Whitehawk: Ah, finally a balanced comment on INTC...I'm looking to buy NVDA at any reduced prices this month.

    • Austin Craig: Ashraf.. you are wrong! INTC will destroy Nvidia and AMD via its awesome intergrated graphics. (Please insert Sarcasm and Joking here)

    • Ashraf Eassa: Integrated graphics are great for the mainstream, but you'll always need discrete for the real games.

    • anonymous1111: Do you have Far Cry 3? I'm considering buying it. Love games that make GPU's work. There hasn't been one in a while.

    • Ashraf Eassa: I have it, and played it for a little bit and ADORE it. Can't wait until I have more time to play it.

    • anonymous1111: what hardware are you playing it on?

    • anonymous1111: Got it. All on max @1080p I get 50fps. Add 8x msaa and i'm down 30fps :). Unfortunately 3D Vision isn't good with it. Shadows get messed up.

    • Ashraf Eassa: You're running 2x 680's I see. Wow. I'm sure $NVDA will update the 3D Vision profile though and get it working well.

    • anonymous1111: It's weird. Right eye is fine but in the left eye it adds shadows that aren't there.

    • anonymous1111: I played a ton of Borderlands 2 in 3D and now it feels weird to play in 2D.

    • ewmpsi: I think 3D will have major health ramifications; augmented reality will have a greater impact on gaming and maybe without the side effects
