    Given the low cost of commissions today, I think investors can create a decently diverse set of names in the space. I would opt for greater exposure to MFA, TWO, MTGE (non agencies). I would also pass on CIM.

    Two very different reits. AGNC is agency and TWO is hybrid (a lot of non agency). I like the low balance strategy at AGNC and the risk management at TWO on the non agency. The subprime was acquired at 50 cents.

    I agree 100% with the diversification aspect.... specifically as its relates to M REITs. I think investors need to realize that all the large well established players trade around book value so you can own 4 - 5 in smaller allocations vs. going all-in on AGNC or NLY....
