Please welcome our newest interns, Becci Weiss and Samantha Wynne to the Seeking Alpha CR team:

Becci Weiss is thrilled to be a part of the Seeking Alpha team.  She has a BS from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science having majored in Engineering and Management Systems and Economics.  She has also earned an MS from Columbia in Operations Research with a concentration in Financial Engineering. 

Becci previously worked for RBC Capital Market’s New York office as an Equity Research Associate covering E&P ("upstream") MLPs and the coal sector.  She has also spent time working on the floor of the American Stock Exchange as an Assistant Options Trader for Susquehanna International Group.  Becci has her Series 7, 63, 87 licenses and is working towards obtaining her CFA charter.

Samantha Wynne joined Seeking Alpha as an intern in the Contributor Relations department this fall. She is involved in further developing benefits for Seeking Alpha contributors and ensuring their continued satisfaction. She is looking forward to working with them on an individual basis.

Before joining Seeking Alpha, Samantha worked as an Account Coordinator at DDB Canada and then as a Contract Consultant at Mezzanine Consulting in Toronto, where she developed a specialty in Loyalty Marketing. 

Samantha graduated with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (concentrating in Marketing and Strategy). In her final year she generated a comprehensive business plan for an Eco-Friendly Loyalty Program. The plan was presented to a panel of investors at the Wes Nicol Business Competition, where she placed 2^nd.
