    The drilling is going to last for a at least a decade, assuming prices stay high enough.

    There are 1,000s of wells yet to be drilled. Right now the problem is that they can't find enough people to fill the jobs.

    As far as when to buy KOG, I guess it depends on where you think the price of oil will bottom out. If you think yesterday (Thursday) was the bottom, then I'd say to go ahead and buy because the company is very well positioned.

    If you think the price of oil is going to plummet, I'd wait it out.

    @sligoo... this list is NOT the top acreage holders. These are the companies that have the largest percentage of their overall acres (worldwide) in the Bakken/Williston Basin. There's a huge difference. Let me know if you need more clarification.
