I'm an Adjunct Lecturer in the MBA program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I teach a group of foreign managers human resource management.

I'm also a freelance business writer and editor. My work has been published in numerous publications such as the Shanghai Business Review, China International Business, AmCham's Insight, and Sinomedia's Eurobiz. I have also helped many companies in China redesign their English websites and create promotional materials.
