Is a New Cyclical Bull Market on Its Way?

I am so tired of hearing the call of the "next big bull market". You will not see reinflation of the economy unless you see a marked pickup in the prices of our main raw materials and products needed for production - oil, nickel, copper, platinum, and yes even land (every production effort required land). All of these are in steep decline, which tells you that we are still in a deflationary spiral.
