I did find that a little strange, but the stock price is extremely low at this point, even after today's rise in price, and I would still recommend it as my #1 pick.

- Oh as for the question on ZIXI that I didn't answer: the stock price was too high for the valuation that I thought was fair for ZIXCorp at the time.

It has since gotten more reasonable, but still isn't what I would call cheap.

I am in the process of doing further diligence on it, and we'll see if it meets my criteria for inclusion.

Yea I was aware of that, this is standard litigation that comes out of the woordwork when someone wants to cry to their mommy that they lose money in one of their stock picks.

It isn't material at this point in time because it is not likely to go anywhere, unless AuthenTec's management did indeed materially mislead investors.

You are right, what happens is that SA strips away the links that I put to my research reports that fully address what the company does and all the prospects associated with it.

AuthenTec Proves Itself Again: A Clear Buy

I have bout AUTH at various points. My average cost is $13.00, so I am up now a little bit.

With them blowing away the analysts numbers for next quarter, I now feel way more comfortable recommending them and owning them, even though they will never be cheap, unless that is, they really mess things up, which hasn't happened since they've gone public.

Yep, the market does weird things. I wrote about why AUTH might be down on my website, and for more updates please visit my website since I don't often check the comments on my articles.

It's good that you bought in 1/4ths because it's exactly what I advocate doing, and as you see, saves you from getting in at a higher price when the market in general, and semi-stocks in particular, are getting hammered right now.

If the stock went up on the other hand, well, then you got in as well, so either way it's a winning strategy.
